Does the check change anything on my site?
No. We load your public homepage the way any visitor does and read what the browser reports. We never log in, install anything, or send data to your site.
How long does a rebuild take?
Work starts the next business day after you send your address. Most single-page builds are on a staging link within a few days; larger sites take longer because there are more pages to lay out.
Can I just fix these myself?
Yes, and the report is written so you can. Every finding lists the measured value, so you or whoever maintains your site has everything needed to act without us.
What if I do not have a domain yet?
You still get a staging address you can share. When you are ready to buy a domain, we point it at the site — that step never uses a revision ticket.
How do I cancel?
Builds are one-time work orders, so there is nothing to cancel. If you are on a monthly care plan, you can stop it any time and it ends at the end of that month.
What payment methods do you take?
PayPal handles the payment, including card payments as a guest — a PayPal account is not required. We never see or store your card number.
Where are you based?
We work remotely and correspond in English by email. Support answers within one business day; the footer address below is our registered business address.
Who owns the finished site?
You do. The text, the photos you gave us and the images we made for you are yours. If you leave, we hand over a static copy of the site so nothing you paid for disappears.
I already have a domain and email — do those change?
Your email is untouched; we only change the record that points visitors at your site. Mail records stay exactly as they are, and we show you the change before it happens.
Do you write the text for me?
We reuse the text already on your site and tidy it for layout. Rewriting from scratch is not part of the build, but you can send new copy any time and it lands in your revision ticket.
What if the monthly plan stops?
The site stays online for 30 days so nothing breaks while you decide. After that it comes down and you keep the handover copy.
My trade is unusual — does the template still fit?
The layout is built around what your customers need to do: call you, see your work, find you. That is the same for a clinic and for a welding shop; only the sections and photos change.
